We strive to keep Condo III residents well informed about their community environment, facilities, and services.

Our web site is an aggregation of a small handful of interesting pages, each of which is designed to present useful information about a specific facet of our community. The following descriptions correspond to the buttons on the menu bar at the top of the page.

• Home - The Home page (this page) provides general information about the contents of the web site.
• News Articles - The News Articles page provides important information about current events, issues, schedules, and activities in the Condo III community. It is the page to visit for messages that will keep you abreast of important messages and community news.
• Calendar - The Calendar page contains an interactive calendar that, in addition to showing the days that the Condo III clubhouse may be reserved, provides a way for Condo III homeowners to reserve the clubhouse for their personal use on a specific date.
• Bylaws - The Bylaws page contains a tabbed index of the Condo III bylaws' articles. Clicking on a tab will display its associated article in an easy-to-read format. A button on the page permits downloading and printing the entire bylaws document (19 pages), and another button permits downloading and printing the House Rules portion (3 pages) of the bylaws document.
• Contact Us - The Contact Us page has critical information for contacting the appropriate person about
1. problems, concerns, or maintenance of your unit or a common area,
2. questions and issues that need to be addressed by the Condo III Board of Managers,
3. making monthly payments (common fees, fines, assessments, etc.),
4. reserving the Condo III clubhouse, and
5. reporting web site operation/performance issues.
